Liškiavio ežero pakrantė, Varėnos rajone, tarp Vilkiautinio kaimo ir Liškiavos miestelio yra Liškiavio ežeras, pakankamai gilus ir įvairus, yra kalnų, kur gylis siekios vos 3 metrus, o ir yra gylio apie 22 metrus, vidutinis gylis 7 metrai. Ežero intakas yra upelis Krūčius, jis įteka ir išteka tiesiai į Nemuną prie Liškiavos. Rininės kilmės ežeras užima 56 ha ploto ir turi 0,1 ha salą. Žuvų čia galima rasti įvairiausių, pagrindinės kuojos, ešeriai, raudės, karšiai, lydekos, aukšlės, rečiau sugaunami lynai.
